Officeworks is Australia’s largest supplier of office and stationery products at low prices everyday. When people think office supplies, they think Officeworks.

In collaboration with Rapp, Loyalty & Reward Co worked with Officeworks to explore whether a consumer loyalty program was the right approach for their business.

Over 3 months we developed multiple program designs for core target markets with supportive documentation including all the commercial modelling and accurate benchmarking measurements, which was then submitted to their board for consideration.
