Design of loyalty and gamification, including commercial modelling
Loyalty & Reward Co were approached by The NPD Group to assist with loyalty design of SnapMyEats, an app which provides members free rewards for taking online and offline surveys and snapping pictures of receipts from food and drink purchases. At the time of engagement, the program was already operating in UK and France, with plans for expansion to Spain.
While NPD’s initial engagement focused on the utilisation of blockchain loyalty approaches, our analysis of the platform and the global industry and competitor landscape revealed several opportunities to enhance the current design to generate increased member engagement while lowering operational costs.
Loyalty & Reward Co supported the implementation of a loyalty program, including commercial modelling and the detailed design of gamification mechanics. In just a couple months post-launch, the program had saved the group over 60% in reward costs in both markets it was implemented.
